I’ve got my Sunglasses, on!!!

And, the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, became 100 days old, during the week of: 14th June 2002, on a Friday.

And, the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, became a year old, on Tuesday the 11th of March 2003. And you could listen all day, to hear, selected highlights, from their first year, on the air. And, on the Tuesday evening, the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, had celebrated, their first year, on the air, by launching their (Mark) LAMACQ IN THE CITY Live Music Showcases. The first gig, had featured: KINESIS, KILLCITY, AND ANTIHERO.

Since, Saturday the 4th of November 2006, Craig has interviewed, the Band: The Apples, who had originally, formed during 2002, who are, an Israeli Funk Nine Piece: Band, which includes, a Drummer, and a Bassist, and four Brass, and two DJs, and a Sound Console Operator. And, The Apples, play Funk, Jazz, and Groove, and the original: Funk Act: Funkshone, who had originally, formed, during 2006, who were created, by the Musician, and DJ, and Producer: Mike Bandoni, and the Musician, and Producer, and Composer, and Lecturer in Music, at Thames Valley University, Greater London: Nino Auricchio, and they, have also performed, on The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Station, on a regular basis.

And, when the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, had marked, it’s Official Fifth Anniversary, on Sunday the 11th of March 2007, Shaun Keaveny, took over the Weekday Breakfast Show, on Monday the 2nd of April 2007. And, Don Letts, Guy Garvey, George Lamb and The Queens of Noize, had also been selected, to present, new shows, as part of a new schedule, during May 2007. And Shaun Keaveny, moved from his current evening slot, on the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, to present the Breakfast Show, from 7.00a.m to 10.00a.m.

Before, joining the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, during 2006, Shaun Keaveny had presented, the Friday Breakfast Show, on London’s Xfm, where he helped, to secure a 2006 Sony Gold Award, for Xfm’s Rock School, co-presenting with Lauren Laverne, who has been, presenting an early morning Weekday Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, since 2007.

And, more recently, Craig Charles, had mentioned, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, on Saturday the 8th October 2011, that he, along with his Production Team, had got, plans to celebrate, the Official Tenth Anniversary Year of broadcasting, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, which had originally, started broadcasting, on Monday the 11th of March 2002, and Craig, had originally started, presenting his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, on Saturday the 15th of March 2002! And therefore, I really do feel, that celebrating, the Official Tenth Anniversary Year of broadcasting, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, via The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, will definitely be, something for him, and his Production team, and for everybody concerned, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, to look forward to, from Sunday the 11th of March 2012, onwards, especially as Great Britain, will be celebrating: Her Majesty: Queen Elizabeth The II’s: Diamond Jubilee Year, and hosting, The 2012 Olympic Games, and The 2012 Paralympic Games, anyhow!

And, Craig Charles, had appeared, on BBC Breakfast, on BBC One, to promote, the Tenth Anniversary of the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, and the forthcoming series, of Red Dwarf X. As of Friday the 11th of November 2011, it was officially announced, that filming, of the Tenth Series of Red Dwarf, was set to begin, on Friday the 16th of December 2011, and Production, would run through, up until, Thursday the 2nd of February 2012. And, filming, of the Tenth Series of Red Dwarf, officially ended, on Thursday the 2nd of February 2012, where filming, in front, of the Live Studio Audience, was concerned, and the series, is now, in Post Production. And, the Tenth Series of Red Dwarf, is scheduled, to be broadcast, on the Digital Channel: DAVE, during the Autumn of 2012, to avoid clashing, with the BBC’s broadcasting schedules, of The 2012 Olympic Games, and The 2012 Paralympic Games, from Friday the 27th of July 2012, up until, Sunday the 12th of August 2012, on Saturday the 10th of March 2012.

On Saturday the 10th of March 2012, The Fantasy Funk Band, returned to The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, as a part, of the BBC 6 Music Radio Station’s Official Tenth Anniversary Celebrations.

And Highlights, of The Fantasy Funk Band, who had returned, to The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, as part, of the BBC 6 Music Radio Station’s Official Tenth Anniversary Celebrations, is still available, to watch, on The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show Website.

The BBC 6 Music Radio Station’s Official Tenth Anniversary Celebrations (and, the BBC 6 Music Radio Station’s Official Anniversary, was officially celebrated, on Sunday the 11th of March 2012!), ran for the best part of two weeks, from Saturday the 10th of March 2012, up until, Sunday the 18th of March 2012, even though, the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, had chosen, to build up, their Official Tenth Anniversary Celebrations, at least a week, in advance, starting from Monday the 5th of March 2012, with The Live Music Hour, which had celebrated, Ten Years of BBC 6 Music, with music, from the likes of Peter Yorn, Suede, I Am Kloot, The Bees, Kid Galahad, Blue States, and The Amazing Pilots, from 4.00a.m, until 5.00a.m, and many more, up until, Saturday the 10th of March, with Stuart Maconie’s Freakier Zone, which had celebrated, Ten Years of BBC 6 Music, with Clickety Click, Sixty-six, and Stuart had celebrated, all things Six, as a special tribute, for the BBC 6 Music Radio Station’s Official Tenth Birthday Celebrations, from 12.00a.m, until 1.00a.m.

On Saturday the 10th of March 2012, Nemone had officially, kicked off, The BBC 6 Music Radio Station’s Official Tenth Anniversary Celebrations, with Comedian Rich Fulcher, on just exactly, how to celebrate a Tenth Birthday, plus the Hollywood actress: Minnie Driver’s most Played List, from 7.00a.m, until 10.00a.m.

On Saturday the 10th of March 2012, the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, officially began, to Party, for it’s Official Tenth Anniversary Celebrations, at The Front Room, and The Purcell Room, and The Queen Elizabeth Hall, at The Southbank Centre, Greater London. Hosting the BBC 6 Music Radio Station’s Official Tenth Anniversary Celebrations, at Alexandra Palace, had been, Steve Lamacq, on behalf, of Florence and The Machine, for the best part of four hours, from 9.00p.m, until 12.00a.m.

On Sunday the 11th of March 2012, the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, had celebrated, it’s Official Tenth Anniversary, at The BBC Maida Vale Studios, Maida Vale, Greater London, which had been, hosted live, by Cerys Matthews, for the best part of two hours, from 10.00a.m, until 12.00p.m. And, from what I have gathered, all of the BBC 6 Music Presenters, have all had, a very big part, to play, and they all had, great fun, Partying, during the BBC 6 Music Radio Station’s Official Tenth Anniversary Celebrations, on Sunday the 11th of March 2012!

On Friday the 16th of March 2012, the BBC 6 Music Radio Station (which had celebrated, the best part of a week, of it’s Official Tenth Anniversary Celebrations) had hosted, it’s Official Tenth Anniversary Celebrations, at The Front Room, and The Purcell Room, and The Queen Elizabeth Hall, at The Southbank Centre, Greater London. Maceo Parker (James Brown's legendary Hornsman). Paul Weller's friend and Biographer: Paolo Hewitt, had talked about, the Legendary days of Northern Soul. Jimmy Cliff. And when Jimmy Cliff, was interviewed, by Craig, on Friday the 11th of October 2002, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, the Album Of The Day, had been: The Harder They Come, which was the theme, for the 1973 film: The Harder They Come, also sung by Jimmy Cliff, who played Ivan Martin in the 1973 film: The Harder They Come, which I had actually seen, during 1983! The song: You Can Get It If You Really Want, was also sung by Jimmy Cliff, and it, was also included, in the soundtrack for the 1973 film: The Harder They Come. And, Craig has also interviewed, the Reverend Chunky and Mica Paris, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station.

And, Bluey (Jean-Paul Maunick), of Incognito, is a British Guitarist, and Bandleader, and Composer, and Record Producer, had talked to Craig, on Friday the 9th of July 2004. And, Bluey, had also appeared, on the Handgun track, alongside Craig, which had also been written, by Craig, which he had used, for his former: Stand-up Comedy Show: Craig Charles: Live On Earth (which had eventually been, re-titled: Craig Charles: Still Live On Earth, which had originally ran, from 1999, up until, the Millennium), from 1995 to 1998, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station. *Craig celebrates what would have been James Brown’s 90th Birthday. Martha High, who performed with Mr. Brown for 30 years, will be sharing her memories of working with the hardest-working man in show business. On Saturday the 13th of September 2008, Craig had Celebrated, the Thirty-Fifth Anniversary of The Wigan Casino, Wigan, Lancashire, and Freda Payne, had also been, a guest, on his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station.

On Saturday the 10th of January 2009, Craig had profiled, the Word Famous: Tamla Motown Record Label, as it celebrated, its Fiftieth Birthday, Soul Singer Martha Reeves, had also been, a guest, on his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station.

On Saturday the 14th of February 2009, Craig had presented, a Valentine's Day Special, which had featured: Teddy Pendergrass, Millie Jackson and Tom Jones, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station.

On Saturday the 23rd of May 2009, Craig had played, back to back, Mod tracks, for the BBC 6 Music Radio Station's: Never Too Old To Rock 'n' Roll Weekend, and he had also chatted, to The Who's Pete Townshend, and Grammy Award-winner: Booker T. Jones, of the M.G’s, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station. On Saturday the 14th of November 2009, Booker T. and the M.G’s, had performed, a Live version of “Green Onions”, on The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station. On Saturday the 28th of May 2011, Booker T. Jones, of the M.G’s, had joined, Craig, via the United States of America, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station. On Saturday the 3rd of September 2011, Craig had played: Booker T. and The M.G’s: Melting Pot, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station. On Saturday the 24th of December 2011, Craig had played: Booker T. and The M.G’s: Time is Tight, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station. And, on Saturday the 11th of February 2011, Craig had played: Booker T. and The M.G’s: I Got a Woman, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station.

On Saturday the 30th of January 2010, Craig had celebrated, Stax Records, with co-owner: Al Bell, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station. And, Stax Records, had been, the Home of Otis Redding, and Booker T and The MG’s. Al Bell, had taken over, the Stax Records Label, during the late nineteen sixties, and Craig, had talked to him, about taking, on Motown, and just exactly, what had happened, to the Stax Records Label, which had led, to it being made insolvent, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station.

On Saturday the 27th of March 2010, The Blockheads, had been, in Session, on The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, as the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, had celebrated the life of Ian Dury. And, ten years, after Ian’s death, we are still singing his songs, and a film of his life, is demonstrating, his enduring impact. And, the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, had dedicated, the whole day, of the 27th of March 2010, to the great man, culminating in a very special session, for the Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, at Maida Vale. And, Ian Dury and the Blockheads, were heavily, influenced by Funk Music, as can be heard, from their earlier albums. And, Craig, had talked to the Band, about the influence of Black American Music, on their music, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station.

On Saturday the 29th of May 2010, Craig had dedicated, a Philly Music Special (a showcase, of all, of the best music, to have come out, from Philadelphia, over the years!), with the founding member of The O'Jays, Walter Williams, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station. Plus, Craig had gone, Soul Mining, for another record, with Funk or Soul, in it, that from someone, you would not, expect us to play, and he also managed, to acquire, a listener, to pick out, their favourite Funk or Soul album, for the Sub Zero feature, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station.

On Tuesday, the 20th of June 2006, Craig Charles, was suspended, from presenting, his Funk Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, for the best part of five months, whilst the BBC, investigated allegations of Crack Cocaine usage, via the Daily Mirror. And Craig, has since returned, to presenting, his Funk Show (The Craig Charles Funk Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, officially became known, as The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, from Saturday the 4th of November 2006, onwards!), at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, from Saturday the 4th of November 2006, which was, originally broadcast, from: 6.00p.m to 9.00p.m. And more recently, Craig, mentioned, on his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, that it’s broadcast time, will change, from it’s current time, of 7.00p.m to 10.00p.m, which will bring it back, to it’s original broadcast time, of 6.00p.m to 9.00p.m, on Saturday the 7th of April 2012. And, the Track: Party Night, which had originally, been performed, by Craig Charles, had been, originally transmitted, for The Peel Sessions, for the late John Peel, on the BBC Radio One Station, at the BBC Maida Vale 4 Studio, BBC Maida Vale Studios, Maida Vale, Greater London, on Thursday the 17th of March 1983, via the Eddie Piller Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, to re-ignite, the listeners, of the former: Craig Charles Funk Show’s, interest, in him, once again!

And, Eddie Piller, did eventually, come back, as a Guest, on The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, on Saturday the 25th of July 2009, and he had originally promised, Craig, that he would come back, as a Guest, on The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC Radio 6 Music Station, during November 2006. And, when Eddie Piller, did come back, as a Guest, on the Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, on Saturday the 25th of July 2009, it had been, via Telephone contact, only, because he had been, very busy indeed, at the time, even though, he had been, very good, indeed, at the time, anyhow!

And, I have recently discovered, that Eddie Piller, had stood in, for Craig, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC Radio 6 Music Station, on Saturday the 23rd of November 2013, once again, which he had, originally mentioned, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC Radio 6 Music Station, on Saturday the 30th of November 2013, because, he had been, on a well-deserved, and a well-earned break, from his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC Radio 6 Music Station!

And Eddie Piller, had also, stood in, for Craig, as the Presenter, of The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show, on Saturday the 11th of February 2017.

I have heard, that there may be a possibility, that the Friday night: Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show, will be, returning to BBC 6 Music, one day!

However, it is only a possibility, at the moment, and even though, Craig has received a lot of emails, from his listeners, with regard to their

demands of the Friday night: Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show, making a comeback, to BBC 6 Music, I really do feel, that the more people,

And Craig has informed his listeners, of his Funk and Soul Show, that he is having to cram, as much as he can, into a Three Hour programme, on a Saturday night!

Craig Charles looks back at Liverpool's Mardi Gras Club and the special
relationship, it had with Sixties soul music.

The Mardi Gras opened in Liverpool in 1957 and went on to become a gathering
place, for a post-war generation of young music fans. Even though "De Mardi", as

It was called, in local patois, pre-empted the Northern Soul movement, it was

during its "silk sax" years, that the cavernous, former cinema presented a royal rosta

of suited guests, with the likes of Ben E King, Al Green and Arthur Conley taking to

the stage.

The Mardi Gras also became home to Brian Epstein's most famous "lost" act:
Toxteth-raised doo-wop masters: The Chants. The "Members Only" Mardi also

developed, into a highly competitive DIY academy for aspiring local outfits, such

as The Vocal Perfection, later to become chart-toppers: The Real Thing. In keeping

with the "scally" culture of the city, the club can claim, to be the forerunner of the

tribute band phenomenon, as The Mardi Gras, regularly hosted, "The Fabulous

Temptations" and "The Original Drifters".

Craig tells the story of a time, when the black and white youth of Liverpool mixed

and strutted together, on the same dance floor, and hears the vivid recollections of
musicians: Geno Washington, Eddie and Chris Amoo, and Kenny Ball, music

journalist Paul Du Noyer and the legendary comperes, during those "Tamla Nights",

Billy Butler and Chris Wharton.

Northern Soul has been, one of the most extraordinary and potent underground
movements, in the history of popular music. Starting around 1967 few musical
genres, have produced fans, as dedicated and obsessive, as those who made, the
weekly pilgrimage, from every corner of the British Isles to Northern Soul clubs,
such as the Twisted Wheel, in Manchester, the Torch in Stoke, the Mecca in
Blackpool, and most famous of all, the Wigan Casino.

Northern Soul devotees have an insatiable appetite for obscure tracks, which bred,
the spectacular athletic dance styles, at the all-night sessions. The collectors, are even
more obsessive, than the dancers, paying huge sums for previously, unheard rarities,
the top figure, being £15,000 for Frank Wilson's Do I Love You (Indeed I Do).

THE POSSIBLE CLOSURE OF THE BBC 6 MUSIC AND THE BBC ASIAN NETWORK RADIO STATIONS

During, February 2010, it was proposed, via a BBC Trust report, that the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, along with the BBC Asian Network Radio Station, had not got enough, listening figures, and it was strongly recommended, that they would be closed down, during 2011. Fortunately however, thanks to the result, of a very strong Online Petition, it was announced, during the Spring of 2010, that the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, would not, be closing down, after all! And even though, the support, via the Online Petition, had not, been quite, strong enough, to prevent, the BBC Asian Network Radio Station, from closing down, it was eventually announced, that the BBC Asian Network Radio Station, would definitely not be closing down, at all, but it would have to be run, on half of it’s budget, to cut down, the running costs, of the Station, which would be a part of the cuts, at The BBC Corporation, as a whole.

And, with regard, to future investment, for the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, I have gathered, that The BBC Corporation, have had, to invest millions of pounds, to modernise, the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, to breathe more life into it, and to bring it, more into the Twenty First Century, which will hopefully reach, a wider audience, and increase, it's listening figures, which I really do feel, is something, that it will desperately need, if it is able, to continue, to broadcast, on the BBC Digital Radio Network, when it had actually come down to it, at the end of the day, anyhow!

And, The BBC Trust, issued a Codicil, that the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, must employ, more Presenters, who know their music, which will hopefully, to modernise, the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, to breathe more life into it, and to bring it, more into the Twenty First Century, which will hopefully reach, a wider audience, and increase, it's listening figures, which I really do feel, is something, that it will desperately need, if it is able, to continue, to broadcast, on the BBC Digital Radio Network, when it actually comes down to it, at the end of the day, anyhow!

On Saturday the 28th of August 2010, It's Request Week, on the Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show, as we celebrate, a DIY Weekend, on BBC 6 Music. All the records featured, on tonight's show, have been suggested, by our dear listener, as BBC 6 Music, give the reigns, of what to play, over to our loyal listeners. Listeners on the phone, and personal stories, of why, they chose the records they did.

And, there was a very popular Christmas Quiz, that had been taken place, from the start of December 2010, until the end of January 2011, had been a great idea, and Craig, had also promoted, the BBC 6 Music Christmas Quiz, on his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, along with the rest, of the BBC 6 Music Radio Station presenters, from the start of December 2010, up until, the end of January 2011. And, during January 2011, there had been, a brand new: BBC 6 Music promotion (The BBC Corporation, has run, quite a few promotions, for the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, on BBC1, and BBC2 (including a Competition promotion, via Phill Jupitus, to win a BBC 6 Music Coffee Mug, during the Winter and Spring of 2005!, and a BBC 6 Music Radio Station general promotion, with a block, of vertical High Rise Flats, in the background, during the Winter and Spring of 2005!), and the BBC Radio 2 Station, since the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, had originally, begun broadcasting, on on Monday the 11th of March 2002, onwards!), on BBC1, and BBC2, with regard, to a group of people, stacking a load of Digital Radios, into the shape of the BT Tower (the former Post Office Tower). THE FUTURE OF THE BBC ASIAN NETWORK RADIO STATION

And, I had discovered, via browsing the BBC Teletext, on Monday the 14th of March 2011, that there had been, a possibility, that The BBC Asian Network Radio Station, was going to be saved, from closing down, towards the end of 2010! And, I had also discovered, via browsing the Internet, on Monday the 14th of March 2011, and Tuesday the 15th March 2011, that the possibility, that The BBC Asian Network Radio, was going, to be saved from closing down, towards the end of 2010, was definitely, going to be saved, for once and for all, even though, it would still, have to be approved, via The BBC Trust, during the Autumn of 2010! But I am pretty certain, that The BBC Trust's approval, with regard, to The BBC Asian Network Radio Station, being saved, from closing down, for once and for all, would only, be a formality, when it had actually, come down to it, at the end of the day!

And I have also discovered, with regard, to recent updates, with regard, to the future of the BBC Asian Network Radio Station, that with regard, to the departure, of the former Controller of the BBC Asian Network: Andy Parfitt, who is now, the Executive Director of Talent for Ad Agency: Saatchi & Saatchi. And, Andy Parfitt, had also been, the Controller of BBC Radio One, and he had held, that role, from 1998-2011, taking over, from Matthew Bannister, who is a Media Executive and Broadcaster. And Andy Parfitt, had also been, the Controller of BBC Radio 1Xtra, and BBC Popular Music and BBC Switch.

And Matthew Bannister, had also been, the Controller of BBC Radio 1Xtra, and BBC Popular Music and BBC Switch.

And, during the Summer of 2011, the decision had been taken, to place, the BBC Asian Network Radio Station, back under Bob Shennan, who is a Radio Executive, who had also, been appointed, as the Controller of BBC Radio Two, and the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, during 2009. And, Bob Shennan, had also been, in charge of the BBC Asian Network Radio Station, when he had been, the Controller of BBC Radio Five Live, and he had known, the BBC Asian Network Radio Station, and its Management team, very well, indeed. And, Bob Shennan, is now overseeing, the quite possibly, drastic changes, to the schedule, and staffing, of the BBC Asian Network Radio Station, which will follow, from the wider: BBC Corporation’s cuts plans.

FURTHER UPDATES FOR THE BBC 6 MUSIC RADIO STATION

And, more recently, Craig Charles, has mentioned, via his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, on Saturday the 8th October 2011, that he, along with his Production Team, had got, plans to celebrate, the Tenth Anniversary Year of broadcasting, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, which had originally, started broadcasting, on Monday the 11th of March 2002, and Craig, had originally started, presenting his Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC6 Music Radio Station, on Saturday the 15th of March 2002! And therefore, I really do feel, that celebrating, the Tenth Anniversary Year of broadcasting, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, via The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, will definitely be, something for him, and his Production team, and for everybody concerned, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, to look forward to, from Sunday the 11th of March 2012, onwards, especially as Great Britain, will be celebrating, the Queen Elizabeth the II: Diamond Jubilee Year, and hosting, The 2012 Olympic Games, and The 2012 Paralympic Games, anyhow!

And, Jo Whiley's, Former: Thursday Evening Show, from 12.00p.m, until 2.00p.m, and her Former: Weekend Afternoon Show (which runs, on a Saturday, and a Sunday), from 1.00p.m, until 4.00p.m, have been taken over, by Huw Stephens, on the BBC Radio 1 Station, from Saturday the 2nd of April 2011, onwards!

And, Radcliffe and Maconie, had been installed, via their Show, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, to increase, the listening figures, for the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, from 1.00p.m, until 4.00p.m, from Monday the 4th of April 2011, onwards!

And therefore, I really do feel, that installing, Radcliffe and Maconie, at the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, from Monday the 4th of April 2011, onwards, will be a very good thing, indeed, with regard, to The BBC Corporation, having to put, in a great deal, of brand new investment, into the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, and hopefully, that will definitely, breathe more life into it, and bring it, more, into the Twenty First Century! And hopefully, the BBC 6 Music Radio Station, will reach, a much wider audience, and increase, it's listening figures, which I really do feel, is something, that it will so desperately need, to do, if it is, to continue, to broadcast, on the BBC Digital Radio Network, for the foreseeable future, when all is said and done!

And, I had been, very sad and unhappy, to hear about that, naturally, especially as I really do feel, that the BBC Radio 6 Music Newsletter, had been, a very informative service, indeed, with regard, to any forthcoming updates, for the Listeners, of the BBC Radio 6 Music Station, in question, over the past eight years, anyhow! But that said, however, I really do feel, that if the BBC Radio 6 Music Station, desperately needs, to move, into the Twenty First century, and if browsing, Facebook, and Twitter Feed, which are linked, to the BBC Radio 6 Music Social Media Website, with regard, to any forthcoming updates, for the Listeners, of the BBC Radio 6 Music Station, in question, are concerned.
